Research
Research goals:
Who are our primary users?
What would motivate the user to use the application?
When the application would be used?
Where it would be used?
Why this product is important?
How it would work and how it would help users?
Methods:
Literature review
Survey
Interviews
Key findings
Through affinity mapping and atomic research I ended up with these key findings:
App needs some field to input birth complications to create custom workout plans.
Exercise programs needs to increase intensity gradually.
Contain workouts with and without exercise equipment.
Step by step tutorials and videos.
70,8% exercised before pregnancy, but only 16,7% have used a postnatal fitness app. 62,5% did exercise after giving birth
Pause button and continue workout button.

Feedback from usability test
Changes I will make for the iterated prototype:
Add a language option.
Use a more energetic colour palette.
Make the onboarding cleaner and easier to read the text.

Further recommendations
Due to a whole new design, I would want to take a new usability test to see what more I can improve. I want to test several flows, so I cover as much of the prototype as I can.
I also want to work more on the challenge part of the app. This part can give allot of motivation and also make people get together and work towards the same goal.
The postpartum recovery page can also be improved by making an easy navigation and add more content. To complete the whole prototype I would also need to design the remaining pages like reviews, technical support etc.
